Last Thursday, our management team, along with 58 Branch Directors and Branch Managers, gathered at NSRCC for our 11th Branch Directors' and Leaders' Mid-Year Business Planning Meeting.
In addition to the management presenting the mid-year report card of the firm, we engaged an external marketing consultant to facilitate a workshop. This workshop helped us formulate marketing strategies and position our value proposition. This intense and agenda-packed workshop not only strengthened leadership skills but also helped in personal branding.
More importantly, the event fostered a sense of purpose in our careers and deepened the connections among the SYNERGY team!
