1. All new residential customers of Sunseap who have successfully signed up for any of Sunseap’s electricity plan between 24 June 2019 and 31 December 2019 (hereinafter referred to as Sunseap’ Customer” or “You” or “Your”) has the option to obtain a 12 months Complimentary Insurance underwritten by Aviva (“Insurance Promotion”).
2. This Insurance Promotion is with effect from 24 June 2019 and ends on 31 December 2019. This Insurance Promotion is strictly for Sunseap’s Customer and is non-transferable. For the avoidance of doubt, Sunseap shall not be liable for the evaluation process or decision in relation to Aviva’s acceptance of application for Complimentary Insurance. Such decision shall be made at the sole discretion by Aviva, subject to its own terms and conditions.
3. Insurance Promotion is not available with other promotions, rewards or benefits, unless specified by Sunseap.
4. 5. By participating in this Insurance Promotion, it is deemed that you have given your consent to Synergy to collect, use, process and/or disclose your personal information including your full name, address, mobile number and Email address (collectively “Personal Data”) for the purposes of:
   1. Synergy to contact you to arrange appointment for the application of your Complimentary Insurance;
   2. Synergy contacting you via telephone, mail, email, SMS and/or any other means regarding Complimentary Insurance and its policy information, Aviva’s offer, marketing and other related activities in the future.

8. You agree and accept that Sunseap is not responsible and shall not be liable for any claims, costs, actions or proceedings, loss or damage that may arise out of or in relation to the Complimentary Insurance.

Sunseap is not an insurance agent or intermediary and is not allowed to solicit any insurance business or give advice on or recommend any product nor be involved in any discussions or negotiations between you and Synergy Financial Advisers or in the arrangement of any insurance product between you and Aviva.
10. Sunseap makes no representation or warranties of any kind whatsoever with regards to the Insurance Promotion or any other insurance product offered by Synergy and Aviva including as to your eligibility, the suitability or viability of any Synergy and Aviva product, or that information provided to you is complete, timely, reliable, free from errors or inaccuracies.

14. The Complimentary Insurance is non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or in any other form of replacement. Sunseap may, in its sole discretion, substitute the Complimentary Insurance with an alternative insurance policy or cancel this Insurance Promotion, without prior notice to any person. Synergy at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify the Insurance Promotion Terms & Conditions from time to time, without prior notice.
15. All disputes, controversies or differences (“dispute”) rising out of or in connection with this Insurance Promotion and its Terms and Conditions or subsequent sign up of Complimentary Insurance, including any questions regarding its existence, validity or termination (wherever applicable), shall first be referred to Synergy and the decision by Synergy , rendered in writing, shall be final, conclusive and binding on all Parties.
16. The terms and conditions of this Insurance Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
