Graduating from the National University of Singapore with a major in Economics and Statistics, Li Fen went on to become a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). She joined the insurance industry in 2003, where she gained promotion to Financial Services Director in 5 years, and she hasn’t looked back. Today, she has succeeded in leading Straits Wealth to its top positions.
Achieving financial security and success at a young age, Li Fen has always been driven to inspire others to do the same. She describes an extraordinary sense of fulfilment when she helps people to exceed their expectations and become better versions of themselves. Her passion is for building people.
In an ever-changing world, Li Fen is a resilient leader. Working hard, playing just the same and always exploring opportunity, she believes this is what creates a positive and impactful life. Being in the business for 20 years, Li Fen has accumulated much experience, especially in leadership and management. As a Certified Behavioural & Career Consultant, she has coached many young individuals to reach higher in their careers.
Li Fen is also an avid entrepreneur and investor. Since 2012, she’s been running F&B establishments and she stays personally invested in both the equity and property markets. Beyond her professional life, she is an active tennis player and she loves to explore the world.
