Take a first-hand look at Schroders GO, Asia’s first online chatbot from an asset manager, which allows clients to access information on any fund as well as market information easily without having to download an app.
This beta version of the chatbot is launched in close collaboration with key distribution partners Synergy Financial Advisers, Citi, UOB, and Income. The full version of Schroders GO is expected to be launched in early 2018, and become fully accessible externally.
Backed by deep learning technologies, the chatbot can understand both English and the localised Singlish. The chatbot is also able to answer three-dimensional questions, allowing for 24/7 natural multi-media interactions with clients.
